The property lacks proper cleanliness—grey sheets, stained mattresses, and rotting window frames!!! Very cramped kitchen area left us uncomfortable. Towels could use a significant upgrade to avoid color embarrassment!!!

Good intentions, flawed execution
The access to the marina and availability of communal BBQ were fantastic, making cookouts enjoyable amidst great views.
The small size of certain accommodations left us wanting more space to relax comfortably.

We had a fantastic stay with friends! The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook together and enjoy some great meals. The communal BBQ was a hit too. We also loved the 24-hour front desk and free WiFi, which made our planning hassle-free. Don't miss checking out the marina views—it was a highlight!
One downside was the tight space in the kitchen area. It could get cramped when we were all trying to whip up meals at once.

staying at hills motel & marina was amazing! we had a cozy water view room with a deck and even a fire pit. it exceeded our expectations on this trip and was an awesome luxury holiday experience.
the kitchenette needed better cleanliness.

We stayed in a Double Room with Lake View for 2 nights, and it was super cozy. The cottage vibe was nice with options like two fridges and a microwave. The deck with the swing was perfect for chilling out. The girls at the office were super helpful, and the fire pit was a cool hangout. Just a short walk and we were at restaurants and shops, which was awesome.
